  Joy she is the best and the manager he is so sweet. I got my first Prada bag there. I been to a lot of brand names stores but Prada at Bellagio service is top notch. Make me want to fly out there to buy more Prada.

  Super weird people working here… I tried to return a bag, and the lady wouldn’t let me return it because she claimed that it was dirty but funny another prada let me return it that was right down the road… And I came back there the next day to see if I wanted to change out colors and they all looked at me crazy in there. It’s funny because I think they’re forgetting that they just work there. I don’t know what’s going on with their egos lol

  Don’t go into this Prada or frankly any other one if you don’t look like you’re “rich” because the employees will stare you down and treat you like you’re going to steal. My husband and I were on a trip in Vegas and I was genuinely interested in purchasing something from Prada, even if it was something smaller. We were wearing normal t-shirts and shorts, as at the time it was hot outside and we planned to do other activities. We walked into this store specifically. The moment we walked in it already felt like we weren’t supposed to be there and it was very uncomfortable. We were asked a total of maybe 5-10 times in the 5 minutes we ended up spending in there if we needed anything. I’ve worked in customer service for a long time, and I can tell the difference between genuine help and concern that you're going to steal. It got to the point it was obvious they were watching us like hawks, and made me feel extremely embarrassed for even going in there. Despite me considering purchasing something before walking in, I decided we should leave and that I had no interest in purchasing from a store, or a company, that had employees that treat people who just don’t look like they have money like this. I feel like this store and at least the employees present that day had never learned the basic principle we all learn as children: not to judge a book by its cover. I truly hope this store and its employees learns how to treat other human beings in the future, because it was just ridiculous.

  If I could give zero stars I would. I would highly encourage anyone wanting to purchase anything Prada to find another location other than the location in the Bellagio in Las Vegas. Their customer service is the absolute worst. I purchased a wallet that had more than normal wear and tear after 1 year and 3 months and they refused to fix it unless I paid a fee, even after the manager agreed it was excessive damage. The manager was not only rude but extremely unknowledgeable about their product and customer service.
