Founded in Vancouver BC in 1998, the first lululemon shared its retail space with a yoga studio. We've been growing ever since, and our technical yoga and run clothes are now available in countries all over the world. We want to elevate the world from mediocrity to greatness. Our Mission Statement is to create components for people to live longer, healthier, fun lives. We make technical athletic apparel for yoga, dancing, and most other sweaty pursuits.
All lululemon locations have strong ties to our local communities.
Patrick was so sweet I’ve never seen customer service more amazing than what I saw when I walked into the store today!!! He helped me with my return and unfortunately it was final sale but he made it even better by giving me store credit!! I really appreciate how full of joy and bright he is!! Im hoping everyone can view what he does and take notes on how amazing he is, he is a representation of what amazing customer service looks like!!🩷

Let me tell you about my experience at THIS lulu. First of all service. Wait we service cars not people. I’ll use the word care. Customer care. They reallllllly do care. Walk in greeted. Immediately. By Emily. She was so sweet and helpful we were looking for a dance bag. She ensured we found the perfect one. While we were chatting about the perfect bag. I brought up Fran’s broken lulu backpack without hesitation or before I can even get all the words out of my mouth Emily was adamant I bring that bag in. I do she replaced it without a wink. Now there is an Alo in this mall and my experience there was anything but pleasant. Lulu through n through. Xx Oo trace

Love having a local lulu. It would be nice if they started carrying more organic fabric options. but no matter what I’ve been wearing them for more than a decade. So comfy!

Please turn the music down. I couldn't get out of the store fast enough and left without purchasing because it was just way too loud. Even my teen daughter couldn't stand it and left before me.

I'm very unhappy with the returning experience at this store. On 1/7/26, I return one item here and the casher processed the refund back to my credit card. But today, same item in a different color, the store "manager" - Mireya said I have to take store credit no matter what. She said there is no exception she can make even though I'm the highest level of member for lululemon. (No clue what's the point having the member tiers) This is not the first time I experience it at this store. I'm upset as their returning police changes based on the casher I had on that particular day. Very disappointed customer service. Will not return to this location.
