- HHHawk Hawk3 days ago5.0I just wanted to say that 5 years ago, we had a great time with a wonderful welcoming and great interaction with a mentor, a black lady, and we laughed. The mentor was so courteous, sweet, and excellent, leading us to the sections with LV items and explaining what they are. I gladly purchased an LV duffle bag, an LV Crossbody bag, an LV tote bag, an LV toiletry, and an LV travel bag. I loved them. Thank you so much for welcoming us very warmly to the LV store.

The doorman was blatantly disrespectful and didn’t even have the decency to suggest coming back at a less busy time. This is a disgraceful way to treat customers and reflects a serious lack of professionalism and basic respect. Completely unacceptable.
