They asked other shopper if gift box is needed at checkout out counter next to me. When I asked for a gift box, the cashier immediately replied they do not have gift box available!! With the Asian American puzzled face, she gave me a gift envelope. Will not shop at this store again.

Perhaps they lean towards introversion. Our shopping experience at Tony Burch, however, was exceptional with impeccable service, leaving us reluctant to leave empty-handed due to both the outstanding service and competitive prices.
