  I’ve been YSL CUSTOMER FOR OVER 7 YEARS, TRAVELED A LOT AND BEEN TO MANY YSL LOCATIONS, I HAVE TO COMMENT ABOUT THIS LOCATION, SERVICE AT FONTAINEBLEAU IN LAS VEGAS IS SO BAD. THIS IS 2ND TIME I CAME IN WITH MY HUSBAND, WHILE GUY WAS HELPING ME AND WHILE I WAS TRYING  CLOTHES ON IN FITTING ROOM & HIM SITTING WAITING FOR ME, GIRLS THAT WORK AT YSL WERE FLIRTING WITH MYHUSBAND, ASKING PERSONAL QUESTIONS, WHAT DOES HE DO, WHERE HE WORKS, WHERE HE LIVES & IF WITH ME, NOTHING RELATED TO SALES, IM VERY FAMILIAR WITH RETAIL INDUSTRY, I KNOW THE DIFFERENCE WHEN SOMEONE IS BEING FRIENDLY. THIS IS SECOND TIME AT THAT LOCATION, MAKES ME NOT WANNA COME BACK & BUY ANYTHING, EVEN THO I LIKE THE GUY THAT HELPS ME THERE. THOSE ASIAN GIRLS FEELS VERY NEW TO LUXURY WORLD AND HAS NO EXPERIENCE IN HIGH END INDUSTRY. THEY LOOK UP & DOWN WHEN YOU COME IN AND MAKES YOU FEEL LIKE YOU CAME TO THEIR HOUSE WITHOUT AN INVITE. SAYING “YOU BACK AGAIN” (not like I came back the same day) MAKING ME FEEL LIKE I COME TOO OFTEN. GORGEOUS BRAND, BEAUTIFUL THINGS BUT THOSE SALES ASSOCIATE GIRLS @ THAT LOCATION IS JUST BAD. 👎🏻

  I had an amazing time shopping at Saint Laurent!!!! I experienced excellence in customer service from Kevin that knew my style 😎 and helped me find the perfect sized pieces of art. 👏

  Just today, I visited this store. Employees are very nice and humble, and he showing me everything even he knows that I can’t afford but still he makes sure that i can see everything in the store and see the different products. I have the best experience of the my life in the store. Hats off to him. Thank you for the opportunity to explore the products of ysl.
