  Horrible Experience at Balenciaga – Crystals Mall, Las Vegas I walked into the Balenciaga store at Crystals Mall ready to spend a few thousand dollars, but what I witnessed was absolutely unacceptable. While I was shopping, Mike Tyson—yes, the legendary boxer—entered the store. Instead of being welcomed with respect, the store manager Marie (who is Chinese and, ironically, an immigrant herself) looked down on him as if he were beneath her. IMAGINE THAT! Mike Tyson walks into your store and gets treated with prejudice and disdain. Her behavior made me extremely uncomfortable. It was not only disrespectful to Mr. Tyson but also to every customer in the store. I couldn’t believe what I was seeing. I immediately decided to take my business elsewhere. Thankfully, Cody, one of the Client Advisors, was kind and tried to make the situation better. He was the only redeeming part of that visit. But let me be clear: I will NEVER spend a dime in this store as long as Marie is employed there. I took my money to Louis Vuitton, where I was treated with the respect and appreciation every customer deserves. Balenciaga, do better. Your brand is supposed to represent luxury and class—this experience was the exact opposite.

  I had an absolutely amazing experience at the Balenciaga store in the Aria Hotel. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and well taken care of. A special mention to Cody, who went above and beyond to assist me. His professionalism, attention to detail, and friendly attitude made the whole visit unforgettable. The store itself is stunning, but Cody’s exceptional service truly made it a standout experience. I’ll definitely be coming back!
