  Mai and Brian were helpful in pin pointing me to my first Loewe purse. I came as soon as they opened. Mai introduced me to their new products and showed me different ways to style my purse. I enjoyed my overall shopping experience. Looking forward to coming back

  Love my loewe ballet runner 2.0 shoes. I had to go into the Las Vegas store to exchange the shoes I ordered online as they were too small. The woman working there helped me get the next larger size and then she disappeared in the back for a long time. When she came back out she handed me a bag with my shoes in it, but then had a clipboard and wanted me to sign something saying that my shoes were final sale because I had exchanged them once? What? Honestly, at the price of Loewe shoes, I would think they would want to make sure you were happy with what you bought. This experience left me feeling bad. Won't go back to that store.

  I was highly interested in exploring the Loewe fragrances. I popped in yesterday while on my vacation. The SA who greeted me was friendly. I inquired about the fragrances and was told they only had 1 in stock 001. I followed that SA and another one popped out of the store room with a paper square. She’s like we only have Paula’s choice… I asked was their a way I could smell the others as i could clearly see in the store room where a group of SAs were congregating their was a shelf full of bottles they have for testing purposes. Even if not in stock the SA should have been able to share those fragrances and place an online order for me. I’m assuming that would have effected her commission so they weren’t even interested in a possible sale 🤷‍♀️

  My experience shopping here was wonderful. We were greeted with sugar cookies and had so much fun looking at everything. Staff is very friendly and attentive, but not overbearing. I want to specifically thank Marija for her help with not only finding a specific bag for me, but also assisting with having it promptly shipped to my home. I look forward returning the next time I’m in Las Vegas.
