COMPLETELY DEAD. I returned to the store one week later when I returned to Vegas only to find completely brain dead employees led by a worthless manager. Can you imagine? I was told they needed to trouble shoot to try and fix the glasses. Instead of just simply offering me a new pair. What put me over the edge was the manager laughed at me. ZERO STARS on customer service. Total joke!!!!! They told me to call customer service. Unbelievable.
