- WWWK6 days ago1.0Uncomfortable experience at this location. We came in to shop for wedding bands the past Saturday. When I showed your associate my engagement ring to find a match (per her request), she kept pushing to know where it was from, eventually asking, "i mean, WHAT BRAND?" VCA team, do I need to pass a brand name background check to shop at your store? After all the personal interviewing questions, the worst part? We didn’t see a single physical wedding band or a picture of one the entire time, even though she kept "checking" the catalog. VCA, you can do much better on staff training. Rather than spending time screening customer's status, try providing some basic service. I’d recommend avoiding this store, there are better jewelry shops with professional service in the same mall.

From the moment I arrived, the entire team was welcoming, accommodating, and highly efficient. Lorena went above and beyond to assist me in purchasing the Black Onyx Sweet Alhambra earrings, which were sold out online, making the experience feel both seamless and special. The boutique itself is absolutely beautiful and truly stunning, which made the visit even more memorable. Thank you to Lorena and the entire team for such a wonderful luxury experience.

I have been an extremely loyal client and I used to be contacted at least weekly and now it's complete silence. The fact that no one has contacted me and no one has assigned a new SA to me speaks volumes about this particular boutique. I'm extremely disappointed and had much higher expectations for a Van Cleef boutique.
