Walked in nice security and we were warmly greeted by Taylor, he offered us a drink and some chocolates before even knowing I was buying. I already knew I wanted an onyx 5 motifs but offered to have me try on a few other stones. Found my sizing and placed my order. Great communication throughout the waiting process and shipping. Never did I feel pressured to buy or judged with being able to afford unlike another VCA on the strip from the day before. Highly recommend Taylor, great guy even connected on watches. One of the best out there VCA is lucky to have him. I will be back!
