She was welcoming, friendly, knowledgeable, patient and excited to help my wife pick out her first VC pieces. No wonder she earned most of the 5* reviews on here. No matter what questions I have or what item I am interested in, Alberto never hesitates to provide an exceptional customer service experience. This is how shopping at VCA should be every time a client walks through the door ! Alberto exemplifies what it means to deliver luxury with genuine care, professionalism, and attention to detail. His warmth and dedication make every encounter memorable, and I always leave feeling valued and well taken care of. I truly can't recommend him enough.

    The doorman was super nice and welcoming, but the lady inside rolled her eyes and glared at the doorman when we said “we are just looking around for few products” very condescending and was looking at us like we cannot afford the product. Very disappointing.

    Such a great store and customer service, especially Asma!! She's seriously the best, she always goes above and beyond. I live across the country from the store but still come back here just for Asma! She makes the shopping experience a special one for sure.
