Today, my neighbor and I went shopping for her birthday, and Laura Moore took the time to assist us. It was a pleasure from start to finish. Boutiques are often known for their lack of customer service - especially at The Shops at Crystal. However, Laura was friendly, warm, and more knowledgeable than anyone I’ve met in the jewelry business. Not only did this experience change my view of the ever-present attitude you encounter at Crystals, but it also made me want to shop exclusively with Tiffany. I will definitely be back, and I will ask for Laura Moore. Keep her at all cost!
