  Was wanting to have mine and my daughters Tiffany's necklaces cleaned and the lady was flat-out rude insinuating they weren't from there, but we bought them at Tiffany's the last time we were in vegas. She has security watching us it was very very awkward and embarrassing. Totally unwarranted my daughter was so excited to get a new pieces as well and that was ruined.

  I have been wanting a Tiffany’s Heart Tag Toggle bracelet for several years. . I wanted the full Tiffany experience so I made the decision to make my purchase in store rather than online. In May, I went to the Tiffany’s in the Forum Shoppes in Caesar’s Palace in Las Vegas. I was greeted very pleasantly upon entering and led to the counter where the bracelets are displayed. I told the saleswoman (Ms. Huo) which bracelet I wanted. I explained that I preferred the toggle to the clasp but expressed concern regarding issues with the toggle causing the bracelet to fall off. She assured me that if it was the right size, there would be no issues with the toggle. She had me try on the small and said it was probably the right size. I asked her if she had an extra small for me to try on. She said she didn't but she assured me that the small would be fine. Ms. Huo is a Tiffany’s representative so I followed her guidance. She did not measure my wrist nor did she offer to find me a different style bracelet in an extra small to try on. I have since measured my wrist and compared it to the Tiffany's size chart. My wrist measures 5.25", which is exactly between a small and extra small. This should be the exact situation in which two sizes should be evaluated. By not making the effort to properly size my wrist, Ms. Huo demonstrated that she was more concerned with making a sale than providing the stellar customer care I have always associated with Tiffany's. After deciding on the bracelet, I asked Ms. Huo to see the font options for engraving. I wasn’t sure which one I preferred so I spent a few minutes looking at the options. Although there was no one else in the store, she acted annoyed that I couldn’t decide. The bracelet and charm were shipped to me free of cost and I received them about 2 weeks later. When I opened the box, I noticed immediately that my name was not centered on the charm. I was surprised because my expectation is that anything from Tiffany’s would adhere to strict quality control standards. I knew that I would be returning to Las Vegas in July, and planned to take it back to the store and have it re-engraved. I started wearing the bracelet every day because I loved it! Within the first 2 weeks it had fallen off 3 times. I stopped wearing it until I could bring it back to the store to get advice. When I arrived at the store yesterday, I was again greeted in a very pleasant manner. Ankita spoke with me and immediately asked how she could help. I told her my concerns and she invited a manager to help discuss my options. I was told that the charm would be replaced at no charge. She also told me that because I had worn the bracelet, it could not be exchanged for a different size. She said it was too big and suggested that I have links removed and then I wouldn't have any more issues with it falling off. The charge to remove the links is $55. AND I have to pay an additional $20 in shipping for them to send me back the charm they did wrong! What is MOST upsetting to me is that I was completely taken advantage of. I was sold the wrong size simply because Ms. Huo wanted to make a sale rather than provide accurate sales advice and exceptional customer service. What a huge disappointment!
