She has security watching us it was very very awkward and embarrassing. Totally unwarranted my daughter was so excited to get a new pieces as well and that was ruined.

He is extremely knowledgeable, takes the time to understand what you are looking for and makes appropriate recommendations without trying to upsell. The store is always clean and the staff is very friendly.
