- JLJulie LaneOct 12, 20255.0I like to have my Tiffany & Co. platinum engagement ring cleaned and inspected at least once a year. The staff at this location is always friendly, professional and knowledgeable. I tried to schedule a cleaning appointment online but the service was unavailable. This store tends to be very busy so I like to schedule an appointment as to not disrupt their day. I stopped in and was immediately greeted by David. I explained that I didn’t have an appointment but was hoping they had time to inspect and clean my ring. He was very kind to quickly accommodate my request while I looked at the beautiful displays. David was genuine, kind, funny and a very knowledgeable staff member. I assure you I am an average person but I was treated like a VIP! Thank you, David, for taking care of one of my most prized possessions!
- SSstarrypunk20Jul 26, 20251.0I have never been so disappointed with a “luxury” company. It was brought to my attention that a ring I previously bought measured nearly a quarter size small so after getting no help over chat I made the long drive into the boutique. Service turned from friendly to a bit snotty quite quick. They placed my ring on the Mandrel to reveal it did in fact measure small. They then tried to force the ring down hard in the mandrel to get a better reading. They then tried two other rings from their case which they so tenderly and gently dropped on the mandrel to try and show me those would measure small as well. They didn’t . I was told management was at lunch and it was clear they were done assisting me. This exact scenario played out at TWO Vegas boutiques. No one asked my name, asked for my receipt, looked me up in the computer, nothing. I have written two emails to customer service and have been ghosted. I will never shop with Tiffany again.
