  Yousef delivered exceptionally wonderful service, and I can't thank him enough for his help in selecting a truly memorable gift for my mom. I am not your typical Tiffany & Co customer (on a budget and shopping with a gift card I had won). That didn't matter to Yousef. He went above and beyond to make my experience a special one. From when I first made contact with him over the phone to helping me in-store, he was charming, polite, and very knowledgeable. He patiently answered all my questions and gave perfect recommendations regarding my purchase. My mom is beyond thrilled with her necklace and will cherish it forever. Thank you, Yousef, for helping make her Christmas magical.

  Go see Bernard! My wife wanted to get me this ring after seeing it online. We first checked at Tiffany at the Forum Shops (Caesars). The rep there said not available anywhere in the US. She offered to have it ordered and delivered to our home but it was going to take at least a few weeks. Walking back to Encore we decided to see what was available inside this store (Wynn Esplanade). Bernard greeted us with a warm welcoming smile. We began discussing what had happened an hour earlier at the other store. After a few minutes looking at his phone he invited us to a back reception room. He informed us that he can have it delivered in roughly 30 min. This made my wife’s day! We hung out for a bit with some champagne. Our friend with us ended up ordering an item as well - same story, other store said completely sold out and Bernard found out that it can be ordered/ shipped to his home. My wife inquired about another ring, just casually, and Bernard came back with 2 versions (diamond, no diamond). So we ended up with 2 rings based on our experience with Bernard. Could not praise the man more. A true gentleman, sincere, and we were lucky to meet him. We’ll be seeing Bernard next time we are in LV.

  Came to the store on June 22nd in the afternoon. Not busy - maybe 1-2 patrons in the store when we walked in. Wife was looking for some Tiffany silver necklace with 2 charms. The woman who served us told us that they have no silver at the Wynn location - only 18K gold. She then turned and walked away. Wow. So I asked if we could find that item at the outlet mall....guess she didn't think that was funny. Anyways, we were across the street at the Fashion Show Mall and there was another Tiffany & Co there and we went in and the lady who helped us was super friendly and we were in & out of there in 10mins with the necklace. So while I understand that this is a small ticket item for Tiffany (about $250), it's not like I went into SW Steakhouse asking for a Big Mac......this is a Tiffany necklace that's shown on their website. We were treated like fleas. Anyways - get over yourself Tiffany & Co - Wynn Las Vegas. I would encourage anyone to just skip this location and walk across the street to the mall. You can thank me later.

  I wanted to share my experience in this superb Tiffany & Co boutique. I was received by Mrs. Melissa Redford who admirably advised me and guided me in the choice of purchasing two relatively simple rings. The service was truly impeccable, as was the kindness of Mélissa who went out of her way to find the last ring in my size, and have it delivered extremely quickly directly to her store. We are truly grateful to him, and we appreciated his kindness, his courtesy and his humor. I highly recommend this store for lovers of beautiful jewelry.
