- OTOnur TayNov 25, 20251.0I bought Ray-Ban Meta Gen 1 glasses from this store. They were listed as $239 on their website because they had a Black Friday sale. Despite telling the employee, they thought I was a tourist on vacation in the US because I didn't speak much English, and they sold me the glasses for $330, with malicious intent behind their smiles. I went outside and carefully examined the receipt, but realized there was a problem and went back inside. When I told them they didn't offer a discount, they immediately gave me a discount of $64.81. When I got back to the hotel, I wanted to try the glasses, but this time, there was no charging cable. I researched and learned that only display products don't include cables. This was a terrible experience. I will definitely be returning the glasses tomorrow and buying from another company. It's very upsetting to be treated like a fool for not knowing much about the language, and it's completely wrong for store employees to discriminate against customers like this.
