We knew exactly what brand we wanted so we headed to the Gucci section where employee Erica was standing basically hogging the luxury wall. We decided on two pairs. While looking at the glasses and paying she wouldn't even look us in the eyes. After paying she left the bag on the counter and said have a nice day again not even looking at us. Her demeanor was very stuck up and as if she thinks she is better than us. We returned the glasses the next day and bought at a different location. LEARN TO TREAT PEOPLE BETTER!
- ASAmina SinghJul 23, 20235.0I had a great experience at downtown Summerlin Sunglass hut store but I had a really terrible experience at Meadows mall Sunglass hut store in Las Vegas with manager Karina. Karina G at store 4086 was extremely rude and asked me to exchange the glasses at the original store from where it was bought. And she called the other store not to accept the glasses. I went to the other store and not only exchanged glasses but bought another pair happily because they were really nice and I did not mind spending money.
