You literally constantly get passed waiting for service for somebody else that just walks up and god forbid you need actually use the mobility scooter you get chased by a bunch of old Karen's. Good riddance, I'm not going back and I'll go the further distance to bass pro or a local store.

On multiple occasions, including today, I have stood waiting for assistance while other customers who arrived after me were helped first. I was clearly visible and waiting, yet associates consistently chose to assist others instead. This pattern has occurred more than once and has left me feeling ignored and unfairly treated. As a Black man with tattoos and locs, I cannot help but feel that I am being judged based on my appearance rather than treated as a valued customer. While I am not accusing the staff of racism, the behavior I’ve experienced reflects a concerning level of bias and lack of professionalism. Customer service should be fair, respectful, and consistent for everyone. Unfortunately, my experiences at this location have shown otherwise. As a result, I will no longer be shopping at this store and will take my business elsewhere. I hope this feedback is taken seriously and used to improve the customer experience for all patrons.
- FLFerno LocDec 18, 20251.0I called multiple times to check on my background check status and every single time I was met with, “they’ll give you a call when it gets approved” Weeks went by and then I call again and the firearm I wanted is locked because a month passed without them calling and then they said, “sorry someone should’ve called you. But now you have to come back and re do the background check.” So they just stole my money and time for the background check and now I have to waste time and money YET AGAIN, all because their employees are completely incompetent. Don’t waste your money or time here please.
