  I was at the Wynn YSL location Sunday 14th of September, I love the YSL brand and have been to many locations. I was at the YSL location in Beverly Hills that weekend and I bought some heels when I came back home to Vegas. I realize that the heels were a half size too small. I went to the Wynn location to exchange them where I was greeted with the worst customer service I have ever experienced at a luxury store. A oriental young male was standing there when I walked in, he was did not speak a single word to me. I was the one who walked up to him and had to speak the first word. I explained the situation that I wanted to exchange my shoes for a bigger size he immediately open the bag, and accused me that the shoes had been worn, and that he had to speak to his manager he went to get his manager. The manager walked up to me in a very aggressive manner, and told me that there was nothing she could do for me, and again accuse me of having worn the shoes. I explain to them that the only time that I ever wore the shoes was when I tried them on in the store and that I thought they had fit good but once I got home, they were just a little bit small and that I just wanted a have size up to just have a little more room. They were both extremely dismissive and rude, and did not have any intention of helping me. I spoke to the Beverly Hills manager over the phone where I purchased the shoes. She apologize for the inconvenience and told me that she could send me a label to ship them and go about the exchange in that form, but that just seems like a lot to do. I went to the location at the forum shops where I was treated completely different. As soon as I walked in the associate greeted me, asked me how I was doing and how she could help me. They looked at the shoes, and without any question they told me what size I needed, and that they would be happy to help me with the exchange, overall I left the wynn YSL location very disappointed. I love the wynn and love to shop and eat there. I can’t believe that such an expensive brand, has associates working for them that are extremely rude! dismissive and just overall not nice. I left very disappointed with the YSL wynn associates I can’t believe that a brand that I love so much has workers that treat their customers like that. I’m don’t usually leave reviews but my experience was so bad that I had to share.

  Honestly wouldn’t Come back to this location, staff didn’t great me upon entrance , and had to ask about a item typically when arriving they great you and ask if looking for anything particular, walked about and bought from another location with better service

  I had an exceptional shopping experience with Starley at Saint Laurent in the Wynn, Las Vegas. From the moment I walked in, her knowledgeable and easygoing approach made the entire process enjoyable and stress-free. Starley took the time to provide detailed information about the products without ever making me feel pressured, which I greatly appreciated. Her customer service was absolutely top-notch—she truly went above and beyond to ensure I found exactly what I was looking for. If you're shopping at Saint Laurent, I highly recommend asking for Starley. She’s the best!

  I purchased my ysl bag from this location just yesterday and the service from Nick was excellent!! Thank you to Nick who was working there, he was so so nice and helpful! Definitely will be coming back soon to buy the matching wallet!
