Kevin made our experience memorable! Very professional, keeps us updated on current events and even occasional text to see how we are doing! That's customer service! Bought couple YSL's from Kevin for my wife and its been great. Been seeing him about 2 years and he's more than just a associate. I consider him a friend. He's our go to guy when we go to Las Vegas at the Aria!

I recently had a very disappointing experience at the store, largely due to the behavior and service of the sales associate, Tae. After saving up for a specific model bag, I was excited to make my first YSL bag purchase. Unfortunately, my excitement quickly turned to frustration.
When I got back to the hotel and unboxed the bag, I noticed it wasn’t wrapped with the protective film and the bag's chain and protective cover for the YSL logo were missing. It became clear that I had been sold the display bag that had scratches on it. This was extremely disappointing, especially considering the price I paid.
I reached out to Tae to address the issue, and instead of taking responsibility, he simply ordered a new bag from the warehouse. This meant that instead of enjoying our last day on the strip, we spent it waiting for the new bag to come in. Tae didn’t even acknowledge that he sold me a display bag, which felt disrespectful and unprofessional. He simply stated that sometimes they take the protective covering off the bags. Huh? That has never happened to me with other bags I have bought in the past.
Although Tae did replace the display bag, the time we wasted waiting for the new bag could have been avoided if he had sold us a new item in the first place. If you’re considering buying from Tae, I urge you to proceed with caution. Ensure that you verify you are receiving a new product and not a display item.
