The staff and sales associates at this location are extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. They spent the time to show me the different features of the different bags and luggage. They were very helpful in assisting me to find the perfect items for me. The location of this store is wonderful. It is located inside the Shop at Crystals at the Aria/City Center. If you’re into high end designer clothing, jewelry and other items, you will find them at Crystals. The RIMOWA luggage comes with a lifetime warranty and is very well made. They are also light in weight. There are also MANY different sizes and styles to choose from. One of my favorite features are the four wheels on the bottom of the carryon and checked luggage. They roll with the slightest of force, even if the bag is fully packed. The handles also have multiple height adjustments making it very easy to stack a handbag or briefcase on top. ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️
