The service team was extremely knowledgeable and took the time to explain the repair process thoroughly. What truly stood out was their attention to detail and genuine care for my needs. The experience was so exceptional that I ended up purchasing a new suitcase during my visit. The entire experience exceeded my expectations, and I left as a very satisfied customer. Thank you for maintaining such high standards of customer service! ---- update on 2025 Oct: This time, I returned for a wheel repair after Delta damaged my luggage. Although Delta didn’t cover the repair, RIMOWA handled everything so nicely, and the repair cost was very reasonable. Special thanks to Sonny from the Forum Shops store, who provided excellent email support before my visit — very professional and kind. Both teams truly showed what genuine customer care means. Highly recommended!

I walked into this location at the Forum Shops in Caesar's Palace and the sales associate Aldrin jumped right into action to help me out with any of my questions and showed me the different feature of the model I was interested in. I would highly recommend this location of you are in the market for a luggage bag and make sure you ask for Aldrin, he will be sure to be of great help. I was very happy with the experience and also excited to go on my next trip.
