I was put onto the waitlist for my size, but unfortunately nothing came in before my flight home. Gail - you are a champ. She and her manager coordinated with my hometown Ray-ban store and was able to add my name to the waitlist back home so I didn’t have to go through the entire process again. Gail and her team went above and beyond expectations and delivered some of the best customer service I have ever had. The store in my home town even called to confirm my sizing and that they added me to the list. Thank you again!
