  Visited the store on Friday 10 October 2025 - what a great experience- staff were so helpful - I had left my jacket at the airport in the uk so was looking for a similar replacement and the staff went above and beyond to find me something similar and they did! Thanks particularly to Todd (and his boss) for being so helpful - highly recommended- I look forward to returning.

  I visited the Ralph Lauren store at Caesars Palace expecting a premium shopping experience especially as a fellow Ralph Lauren staff member but instead, I was met with one of the most disappointing and unwelcoming encounters I’ve ever had in retail. As soon as I mentioned that I work for the company, the energy completely shifted. Rather than being met with professionalism or even basic courtesy, I was treated with clear hostility and condescension. One of the associates, in particular, made it obvious that I wasn’t welcome, responding in a dismissive, almost irritated tone that made the entire interaction feel tense and uncomfortable. What made the experience even more frustrating is that we were actually shopping and spent a significant amount in the store yet the service did not reflect the level of customer care or respect you’d expect, especially from a brand like Ralph Lauren. The store wasn’t busy, so there was no excuse for the cold, disinterested attitude. It felt as though acknowledging my connection to the company was somehow viewed negatively instead of being met with mutual pride. Furthermore, after reading other reviews, it’s even more disappointing to see that this type of treatment appears to be consistently directed toward Asian clients or people of colour. If that’s the case, it raises serious concerns about the store’s culture and training. We left feeling disappointed and disrespected. Ralph Lauren stands for timeless style, quality, and elevated service values I take pride in as an employee. Unfortunately, that standard was nowhere to be found during this visit.

  I visited the Ralph Lauren store today and had a very disappointing experience. One of the older female staff members had an extremely arrogant attitude. When I asked to try on clothes, she was dismissive and clearly impatient, as if helping me was a burden. Her behavior gave off a vibe of “buy it or don’t, I don’t care.” The store was almost empty, so it’s not like they were busy. In fact, I even saw another employee scrolling on their phone. This kind of customer service is unacceptable for a brand like Ralph Lauren. I came in ready to shop, but left feeling unwelcome and disrespected. Ralph Lauren represents classic style and high standards — unfortunately, that wasn’t reflected in the service I received today.
