  I ordered lenses for my oakleys .Since this was the only store for the same day pickup I went there hoping that they have it in the store. I didn’t have any confirmation that the order is ready but if it is in the store they should be able to help me. That was my logic.One of the employees told me that it is not how it works, I don’t have it in the system. He was looking in the drawers,didn’t find , all that with certain level of negativity . I was patient and I said ok, no problem. I went out, towards the garage which is not close. I drove out of the garage when I saw the email “your order is ready.” Again, to the garage to park my car, to the store and back to the garage.It took another 20 -30 min. No explanation, or apology like everything is ok. The good thing is, I got to admit, that the same employee was kind enough to help me to put the lenses on frame. Overall, they should be more efficient and I would say polite. I don’t want to be a snowflake, I understand who is working is also making mistakes, so I will leave 4 stars. It was a hustle for me ti go back and forth, back and forth… The lenses are good!

  Went in to look around and the staff was so great and helpful I ended up buying a pair of shades and shoes. Awesome place and will return
