  Manager needs a lesson in customer service. Indeed she is condescending and upon having a receipt to do an even exchange for the same exact pair of Levi’s jeans, because they increased the price, she said I must pay that. Furthermore I was expected to politely explain how it is not my fault that I do not put tags on clothes as the other pair of jeans to exchange again for different size, same barcode as other pair of jeans. Told her that since I do not work there, maybe she should speak to whomever attached tags to clothes to pay attention. Ended up leaving due to her lack of resolution and I will never go to the Summerlin location ever again. I see a lot of people have complained about this same manger, looks like she needs to be replaced as she lacks the proper managerial skills to deal with the public.

  I went into Nordstrom before Christmas to buy a few items which turned out to be over $1200 worth of stocking stuffers for my family of 6. I bought a lot of Charlotte Tilbury which is the same price as Sephora which was no problem but the customer service is ridiculous. My daughter opened up a highlighter and it was completely cracked and useless. We took it back to exchange the day after Christmas with my receipt and they said they don’t make any beauty returns. I said I didn’t want to return it but rather get merchandise that isn’t damaged. She can tell I bought a significant amount of beauty items over 27 items and I wanted to exchange one item that wasn’t useable. The manager was unprofessional and her only comment was sorry it’s our policy and we don’t exchange beauty products. I shared I don’t want to exchange but I spent $48.00 on a highlighter and I would prefer that it’s useable. The manager could have cared less nor had any solution to make it right. She was condescending and rude and treated me like my money wasn’t important to her or her company. In a world where it’s easier to buy online and at stores like Sephora or Ulta they would certainly honor their merchandise. I will never spend another dollar in your store and I highly recommend a management class for your manager that is certainly not well trained.
