On the busiest days that old guy cashier will chatt with every single customer and offer CC! Management doesn’t know how to do sceduling and who to hire!!! Not shopping here anymore!
- NTNicole TomlinsonDec 29, 20251.0I went into Nordstrom before Christmas to buy a few items which turned out to be over $1200 worth of stocking stuffers for my family of 6. I bought a lot of Charlotte Tilbury which is the same price as Sephora which was no problem but the customer service is ridiculous. My daughter opened up a highlighter and it was completely cracked and useless. We took it back to exchange the day after Christmas with my receipt and they said they don’t make any beauty returns. I said I didn’t want to return it but rather get merchandise that isn’t damaged. She can tell I bought a significant amount of beauty items over 27 items and I wanted to exchange one item that wasn’t useable. The manager was unprofessional and her only comment was sorry it’s our policy and we don’t exchange beauty products. I shared I don’t want to exchange but I spent $48.00 on a highlighter and I would prefer that it’s useable. The manager could have cared less nor had any solution to make it right. She was condescending and rude and treated me like my money wasn’t important to her or her company. In a world where it’s easier to buy online and at stores like Sephora or Ulta they would certainly honor their merchandise. I will never spend another dollar in your store and I highly recommend a management class for your manager that is certainly not well trained.
