- JBJ BSep 24, 20251.0I witnessed extremely unprofessional and appalling behavior from the fitting room staff at Nordstrom Rack in Best in the West, Las Vegas. While a young lady had stepped away to use the restroom, one of the staff went in after her and came out almost immediately, making exaggerated hand gestures as if mocking a bad smell. Shockingly, all three staff members stationed at the fitting rooms laughed openly at this customer upon her return. This was bullying, plain and simple. The poor customer was so embarrassed that she left the store. Such conduct is disgraceful and completely unacceptable for employees representing a company like Nordstrom. It shows a complete lack of respect, empathy, and professionalism. If this is the type of behavior tolerated by staff at this location, it raises serious concerns about management oversight and training. I strongly urge corporate leadership to investigate this incident and hold those employees accountable. Customers should never be humiliated in a store, especially by the very people who are supposed to assist them.
