    BUYERS BEWARE!!!! ON THE CLEARANCE/FINAL SALE AREA, NO SIGNS, STOP THE SALES LADY THREE TIMES TO ASK PRICE ON THE BAGS, NEVER SAID ANYTHING ABOUT CLEARANCE OR FINAL SALE. THEY DID NOT TELL ME, NOR DID THEY WRITE IT ON MY RECEIPT. I ONLY FOUND OUT WHEN I TRIED TO RETURN THE BAG AND WALLET, THEN TOLD I COULD NOT!! SAID IT WAS A FINAL SALE THAT I WAS TOLD AND IT IS ON MY RECEIPT, WHICH IS NOT!!!!. THE MANAGER EVEN ASKED THE CASHIER ( STORE MANAGER) WHO RUNG ME UP IF SHE TOLD ME, SHE SAID SHE MAY NOT. HAD TOLD ME JUST KEEP ON REPEATING HERSELF OFTER A CUSTOMER SERVICE NUMBER. THEN MY GRANDDAUGHTER TOOK THE WALLET AND TOTE ( WHICH WAS HERS) SAME WALLET I TRIED TO RETURN WITH MY BAG.BOTH WAS RETURED. CALLED CUSTOMER SERVICE, THEY CAN NOT DO ANYTHING, BUT FILE A COMPLAINT FORM, AND THE DISTRICT MANAGER IS TO CONTRACT ME. BEEN ALREADY OVER A WEEK NO ONE HAS REACH OUT. WHEN I CALLED THE SAME CUSTOMER SERVICE TODAY. LOUIS SAID THEY DEAL WITH ONLINE ONLY NOT THE STORE,SO I NOT GOING HOLD MY BREATH WAITING FOR SOMEONE TO CALL. SO WILL FILE WIRH CONSUMER AFAIRS. MAYBE THEY CAN GET RESULTS.
