Very disappointed, found nice black tote back, sign next to it says 119 plus additional 20% off. The lady was like yes that’s a great price, rings it up oh 179 it’s not the 119.

I’m writing because I honestly can’t stop thinking about how upsetting my experience was at the Michael Kors store on South Las Vegas Boulevard.
I came in and purchased two handbags, a backpack and a tote. After spending several hundred dollars today and through this week, I politely asked for two shopping bags. I was immediately told no, with the explanation that the store was “running low.” Hearing that from a brand like Michael Kors just didn’t sit right with me. It felt dismissive and unnecessary.
I asked to speak with the store manager, Shaliza, hoping the situation could be handled better. Unfortunately, it got worse. She was extremely rude and spoke to me in a condescending way. At one point, she actually told me to “buy it from Five Below.” I was shocked. I wasn’t shopping at Five Below. I was in a Michael Kors store spending hundreds of dollars. That comment was insulting and completely unprofessional.
She then told me and my daughter to go use the free gift wrapping station and donate a dollar instead. The entire interaction made me feel embarrassed and disrespected, especially in front of my child.
I’ve been a Kors VIP for years and have been a loyal Michael Kors customer for a long time. This experience left a really bad taste in my mouth. I expect better from a brand I’ve supported and invested in for so long. Luxury isn’t just about the product. It’s about how customers are treated, and that day, we were treated poorly.
I truly hope someone at corporate sees this and understands how customers are being spoken to at this location. I am expecting a response and a solution from corporate regarding this situation, as this experience has honestly made me reconsider continuing to shop with Michael Kors.
