  I had such an amazing experience at Michael Kors thanks to the General Manager, Deanna! She was incredibly friendly and gave us prompt service from the moment we walked in. I explained that I had been searching for a specific bag for over a year, and she went above and beyond to help. Deanna showed us multiple options, shared details about the new collection that's coming soon, and even found several bags that perfectly matched the information I gave her. At first, we left the store without making a purchase, but because of how helpful and attentive she was, we went back and ended up buying the bag. Deanna made the whole process enjoyable and stress-free. Thanks to her, I finally found the bag l'd been wanting for so long! We will absolutely be returning to purchase from the upcoming collection when it's released. Deanna's customer service was truly exceptional, and she's the reason we'll continue to shop at this location.

  Could not be more upset with the service I received at this location. I bought a new handbag from a Seattle Michael Kors while on vacation. Not even four months later the handle was already coming off of the body of the bag. I spoke with the manager at this location and she told me since it was under a year old the company warranty would cover the repairs. I brought the bag in a few days later to have it sent off and of course the manager isn't there and the associate tells me I'm responsible for the repairs. Since I already had to come all the way back down to the strip I just told her I would pay for the repairs and to get it sent off. She was very rude in the way she talked to me and then told me it would be 8 weeks for the repairs. I dropped the bag off in July, it is now November and I still haven't heard back from the repair site or this location. I have called and spoke to someone that couldn't see the status of my bag and someone who said they would have the manager call me back and she never did. It has been 16 weeks and I'm not sure if I will ever get the bag back at this point. I will never buy Michael Kors again.
