  Im pretty upset I have to drive all the way back home and I live very far to get my heels that I just bought 4 days prior to honor an extra 20% off. I have pictures of everything but she is more concerned about the line than doing a simple fix it would have took less time to do it than refusing. Not only that I have been trying to call this store for the last 2 weeks and they never answer. This whole thing could have been avoided. I wont shop at marc jacobs again after this. Thanks for the display. Its black friday ppl dont want to carry a bunch of stuff around

  Holly was an absolute rockstar! She helped me pick the cutest burgundy bag that matched the dress I was wearing. She was so nice.

  I’ve always loved Marc Jacobs, but I had a very disappointing experience at the store recently. I asked a sales associate about a new bag, but she responded rudely and told me only the display piece was available. I agreed to take it, but when I returned the next day, I saw that the same bag was still on display and others were clearly in stock. This showed me that she simply didn’t want to assist me properly. Her attitude was unacceptable, and the customer service was the worst I’ve experienced. I won’t be returning to that location again because of her behavior. The sales lady is either Chinese or Japanese and I don’t know her name.

  Was not aware some of the purses were faux-leather, PU!!!! You’d expect to pay this price for something more decent. The clerk was unfriendly at the door, giving us the “hold on” finger and asking us to shut the door even though there were only 2 or 3 people inside. The clerk who helped me out was very friendly but failed to notify me that not only does the policies not accept returns, one of the items was final sale and couldn’t even exchange for other things. When I went to a different store to exchange, I picked an item of lesser value and said I’d forfeit the rest of the credits, they said no it needs to be equal amount or more, essentially forcing you to spend more money. Honestly I’ve never heard of any refund policies so ridiculous. But at least the clerk should tell me about the final sale or no-return policy while I’m checking out. Will never shop at Marc Jacobs again.
