  I visited the Fashion Show Mall store a few weeks ago and one of the associates was AMAZING!! It is so rare someone goes way above when interacting with customers now and she was certainly so easy to work with and followed through 7-8 times on every detail. I was so impressed and spent way more money than I planned on just because she made the experience so easy!!! Please know that Georgie is first class when it comes to ease to work with and customer service!!!

  Marc Jacobs sales supervisor, Georjina De La Rosa was super helpful and accommodating today. I am located in NC & her store had an item that was sold out everywhere (last one too). She worked quickly to get me a payment link and shipped the item off. I am so happy and cannot wait to get my order. Thanks again Georjie!

  Eric was very helpful with helping me choose a gift for my daughter, he showed me styles from the back and made my overall shopping experience very easy. I appreciated that he put the items for me in a box as well and made it look so pretty. Overall made my shopping experience 10/10 and will definitely be going back to this location and to shop with him again.

  After finding out that my local Marc Jacobs store was not hosting the Bark Jacobs event this month, they did offer to connect me to the Las Vegas team that was. Georjie was SO helpful in helping me participate from afar in the Bark Jacobs event this month. She was very responsive via our text conversation to arrange the bag, pup portrait, and payment/shipping details. I was amazed at how quickly the whole customization took place, including receiving the bag. I thought for sure it would have taken a few weeks, but instead it was just a little more than 1.

  Georjina was absolutely wonderful to work with. I was unable to make it into the store for the Bark Jacobs event but she was able to get the bag shipped to me instead. The painting of my dog was spot on! This was my first time purchasing from Marc Jacobs and I will definitely be purchasing again. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience!
