  I visited the Fashion Show Mall store a few weeks ago and one of the associates was AMAZING!! It is so rare someone goes way above when interacting with customers now and she was certainly so easy to work with and followed through 7-8 times on every detail. I was so impressed and spent way more money than I planned on just because she made the experience so easy!!! Please know that Georgie is first class when it comes to ease to work with and customer service!!!

  Marc Jacobs sales supervisor, Georjina De La Rosa was super helpful and accommodating today. I am located in NC & her store had an item that was sold out everywhere (last one too). She worked quickly to get me a payment link and shipped the item off. I am so happy and cannot wait to get my order. Thanks again Georjie!

  Eric was very helpful with helping me choose a gift for my daughter, he showed me styles from the back and made my overall shopping experience very easy. I appreciated that he put the items for me in a box as well and made it look so pretty. Overall made my shopping experience 10/10 and will definitely be going back to this location and to shop with him again.

  Hands down the best customer service! Shout to Kristin for helping me during the April Bark Jacob’s event. I found out about Bark Jacobs through Instargram and I was like “I must get a bag”. I’m located in San Jose so we didn’t have a store hosting this event. So I searched to see which store offers it and I found Fashion Show location. I called the store to see if I can preorder and have a friend pick up since she was in town, but Kristin picked up and explain that she can help set everything up and have the bag shipped to me. I didn’t know which bag to get so Kristin helped took a bunch of pictures and video which was SO helpful and I’m glad she did that. Since the bag I thought I wanted would’ve been too big on me if Kristin didn’t send me a video and picture of it. Kristin had to model and take a few photos of different bags before I was able to narrow it down to the right bag. After I selected my bag, I sent in a photo of my pup and she showed me placements on where the drawing will go. After all of this was arranged she kept me posted about when the drawing will take place, the finished product and shipment day. The overall experience was so seamless and great! I received my bag yesterday along with a personalized note and a tennis ball for my pup. All I can say is I am so HAPPY and OBSESSED with my new bag. The drawing looks just like my pup. THANK YOU SO MUCH KRISTIN 😊!
