The employees are mediocre in their service. Clueless how to wrap and box items especially a 700 dollar scarf. So happy I was able to return it. Pay attention how they handle your merchandise. Sometimes they just shove it in there since they're not the ones paying for it.

Loja pequena comparada com a Louis Vuitton da Chans Elise em Paris, mas tinha diversas opções satisfatórias.
Eu estava a procura de um cinto e fui muito bem atendida pela vendedora Raven Carter que me ajudou a escolher o cinto perfeito para mim.
O atendimento foi gentil e sem luxos como o das lojas de Paris em que servem champanhe, mas mesmo assim recomendo.

Asked the lady where the on the go bag was made. She had no clue and searched the internet. I looked in the bag and it said made in Italy. Went over to a different Louis to get credit for the sale.

I’m very disappointed with my experience at the Louis Vuitton store in Caesars Palace, Las Vegas.
On June 24th, I purchased a pair of shoes that were not in stock in my size. The sales associate assured me the shoes would be shipped to my home within two business days.
More than two weeks later, I still haven’t received them.
It turned out the associate entered the wrong address, even though I had clearly provided the correct details. Since then, I’ve had to chase both customer service and the store multiple times. The associate, Kylie, responded late, gave vague updates, and I was repeatedly promised follow-ups that never happened.
For a luxury brand like Louis Vuitton, especially when spending close to $1,000, I expected excellent service.
Instead, I’ve experienced delays, poor communication, and zero accountability. I still don’t have the product I paid for, and no one is taking real responsibility.
This has been a very frustrating and disappointing experience. I sincerely hope that Louis Vuitton’s management sees this and takes action.
