- NTNakaiya ThompsonFeb 9, 20261.0I just left this store feeling extremely disappointed. I came in looking for a specific pair of rose gold heels I saw online. A male employee initially helped me, and once I thanked him and said I wanted to continue browsing, he proceeded to follow us around the entire store. When we addressed it, he became rude and walked away. Another employee—who was the same race as us—later told us that this is something they do regularly. Meanwhile, a Caucasian couple entered the store and was not followed or monitored at all. This experience made us feel racially profiled and uncomfortable. No customer should feel watched or treated differently based on race. I expected better and am truly disappointed.

One of them encouraged me to do a few try ons, asked me what was I looking for from the moment I stepped in and he tried to bring out as many as he could for me to try. Unfortunately the color for the purse I wanted was out of stock. Beautiful little LV store but I wish they carry more styles and items.

Pay attention how they handle your merchandise. Sometimes they just shove it in there since they're not the ones paying for it.
