  Luxury isn’t the price tag. It’s what happens after the purchase. On our last day in Las Vegas this week, my wife and I stopped in to the Louis Vuitton boutique at Via Bellagio Shops for what was supposed to be window shopping. You know how that goes. High-end browsing that occasionally turns into “well, that looks great on me.” We’re longtime Louis Vuitton clients and complete suckers for limited editions and classic pieces. I was wearing my 2019 bright yellow Outdoor Bumbag, which had been complimented in every LV boutique we visited on this trip. That’s when Dennis Laborada, Expert Client Advisor, struck up a conversation. He immediately recognized the piece, remembered its era, and mentioned how sought-after it remains on the pre-loved market. That alone impressed me. Then I showed him the issue. Some dark blue color had transferred onto the back of the bag. I assumed this meant shipping it to New York, waiting weeks, and paying accordingly. Or just living with it, which is where my inaction had me. Dennis took one look and said, “Give me 10 minutes. I can get it to look much better.” We stepped out to browse a few other stores. When we returned, nearly all the color transfer was gone. It was like a mini spa treatment for the bag. No shipment. No drama. No invoice. He charged me nothing beyond a warm handshake. That’s expertise. That’s confidence. That’s brand stewardship. Las Vegas Louis Vuitton boutiques handle serious volume, which often means broader selection and access to harder-to-find pieces. But what made this visit exceptional was Dennis. Knowledgeable. Attentive. Generous with his time and talent. If you’re visiting the Louis Vuitton at Bellagio, ask for Dennis Laborada. We may not get to Vegas often, but if something online catches our eye, he’ll be our first call. Memorable experience. Legendary service.

  Perhaps worst experience ever at LV store. My husband placed an order for a bag a day before and received the confirmation email. Then he called to make sure it was confirmed. When he went to pick up they told him they had just sold it, which made no sense becase he had paid and received confirmation. He expressed his frustration and nobody seemed to care. In addition, when he walked in nobody helped him even though there were like 5 workers standing around. He continuously asked for help and they seemed to ignore him, I’m guessing it’s because he walked in wearing sweats and a basic t-shirt. They weren’t taking him serious which added to the frustration. When he finally told someone he wanted the purse on display and as ready to pay they finally acknowledged him. The advisor, Keshlee Raquel, finally showed interest in helping him and her whole attitude changed from ignoring him to being super nice. So unprofessional. We’ve shopped at this location and others and haven’t experienced this.

  I visited this boutique last week, I will say the layout feels a bit tight and small. It took a while to get service which really bothers me, especially in high end boutiques. I had to ask is anyone actually working because every associate who passed me was going home. Perhaps I visited at the wrong time. Ultimately, I decided to purchase my boots there. Thanks

  Exceptional experience here. Dennis was outstanding and had everything ready that I wanted to look at! The vibes in this Louis are top tier compared to some others in Vegas. The natural light and airy environment make it really nice to shop. I didn’t have an appointment and just walked in - walked out with exactly what I wanted!
