  I was on a mission to find a specific item, and this location had it. As we stepped inside, the sales representatives greeted us with warm smile. I asked for the item and decided to make the purchase. After checkout, the sales representative discovered that we were in Las Vegas to celebrate my birthday. To make it extra special, she brought us champagne to toast to my day. We retreated to a more comfortable area and, while chatting with the representative, we impulsively decided to buy two pairs of sunglasses that we hadn’t even considered. Marian, our helpful sales associate, was fantastic and friendly. She answered all our questions and ensured that our experience was smooth and enjoyable. We’ll definitely be returning to this location and look for Marian when we’re back in the city.

  I went to buy luggage bag and almost finalized it. My hand carry bag touched one of the sales representatives and he was extremely rude and said this is employee area and I told him I wish it was written somewhere. Full Attitude from this tall guy. I left without purchasing. This guy has no clue of customer service and how to respect customers. Spoiling LV name.

  The nicest experience I’ve ever had at Louis Vuitton. Maja was exceptionally patient and professional, and the entire team—both in the morning and evening—was outstanding. I purchased several pieces and couldn’t be happier with the experience.

  This is by far my favorite store in Vegas. We were assisted by a young woman Harmony. She was very helpful, extemely knowledgable, and super sweet and friendly. She is definitly an wonderful assest to this store and LV.
