His kind demeanor made me feel more comfortable as I am someone who prefers to shop in silence and think thoroughly before a purchase (aka I take a very long time). He also offered my husband and I coffee and water. I came for Le Pliage and they have a lovely organized selection of colors and sizes. Purchased 2 bags and very happy with the quality, price and the overall shopping experience during our trip to Vegas.

My friend and I were helped by Yuko, and she did went above and beyond with helping us, from helping to adjust our belts to chasing me in the heat to return a credit card I left behind. Overall, we had a great shopping experience in this store.

There were other clients and at least 2 other sales people in the store, but Yoko was taking care of them all, while the other girls were just talking to each other. Besides that, the store is beautiful and well stocked. I’ll definitely be back,and hopefully Yoko will be there!
