Let me start off by saying I would give this 5 stars if it weren’t for two very miserable things —1. They have one of the most confusing menus and websites ever created, all the deals are just scattered across thumbnails and it’s extremely overwhelming, not to mention half the time the stupid deals wont even pull up for the employees on the system. For example the other night I waited 20 mins for them to punch in a damn code because they couldn’t get their backend to process the deal. Also, the deals are so inconspicuous sometimes, you can’t even notice one of them had a deal, it’s like they intentionally make them really small. Also, the employees won’t tell you sometimes if they’re a better deal available, an employee just let me pay more for less from one deal when another would of been much better, he probably would of got a nice tip for mentioning that, but instead lost that when I noticed the better deal AFTER I checked out (which was abysmally hard to see on the menu)
That being me to 2. Their POS system is atrocious; the amount of times I’ve had employees not be able to process a deal or make me wait to find a product they can’t locate.
Overall just a shitshow sometimes and it starts from the top down. The only reason I go to this place sometimes is purely out of it being right next to where I live, I intentionally drive further to avoid this place if I can now after my experiences.
Super Nice, helpful and accommodating. There hasn’t been a single time when my husband and I have come in that we haven’t been treated with respect and kindness. They are knowledgeable and very helpful. I have to add that the prices are reasonable and they seem to have “sales” on a lot of things. We don’t go anywhere else anymore.

Amanda is clearly educated, making recommendations based on my needs. She was also very personable, which led my experience worth the time I typically don’t take to post a review. I went in to purchase one thing for my spouse and walked out with more than I intended.
Thank you Amanda for your warm hospitality and amazing service. She helped me, efficiently and with care, which truly made my day. You are the best Amanda. Thank you for all you do, and for helping me tonight.
You make such a larger, positive impact than I could ever express or appreciate in full.
Thank you, Again.

I’ve shopped here countless times and I am extremely disappointed with my experience at this dispensary last night, both in terms of product quality and with the conversation I had with a staff member named Eddie.
I placed an online order for two eighths of Stiiizy Black Label White Truffle, which were listed as discounted to $15.99 each from an original price of $25 per eighth. Given the original pricing and the fact that it was advertised as a Christmas special, I assumed this was a good deal on a holiday promotion, not an indication that the product was severely old, dry, and completely unusable.
Whoever brought my order out and was very nice and professional. I’m assuming it was Brandon, that’s the cashier name on my receipt. I was excited about my purchase. I’ve smoked this strain from other dispensaries before and never had an issue. Usually anything stiiizy black label is good quality.
Before I even opened the first package I could feel through the sealed bag that the flower was extremely dry and brittle. After opening it, the quality was absolutely unacceptable. Truly the worst flower I’ve ever purchased from a dispensary. I then checked the label and discovered the flower had been packaged in November 2024. OVER A YEAR OLD. Unbelievable! No wonder it was so dry.
Because this was an online order, I did not have the opportunity to look at the packaging beforehand, as I would have if I had shopped in-store. Had I known the age of the product, I would never have purchased it. I never thought a licensed dispensary would even have something so old on their shelves.
I called the dispensary calmly and politely to ask about exchanging the second, unopened unit, which the receipt clearly states is allowed for defective unopened items. During this call, I spoke with an employee named Eddie, whose behavior was completely rude, condescending, and unprofessional.
Eddie referred to me as “sweetie” and “honey” in a condescending and dismissive manner, and said multiple times “well, you bought a $15 eighth,, so..” implying that the poor quality of the flower was my own fault for purchasing a discounted product. Basically his message to me was “you got what you paid for.” I felt like he was mocking me for buying the $15 eighth in the first place.
For context, I have over five years of experience working in the cannabis industry, and I fully understand pricing tiers and promotions. A discounted product is not an excuse to sell over year-old, unusable flower, nor does it justify speaking down to a customer raising a legitimate concern.
This interaction occurred on Christmas, when I was simply trying to enjoy a small part of my holiday. Instead, I was left feeling very disrespected and dismissed. No one should be treated this way for asking reasonable questions about product quality. That is not how you talk to a patient raising concerns.
I will never be returning and strongly encourage others to CHECK PACKAGE DATES and be very mindful of what you purchase here. Or better yet, just go somewhere else.
