Green Hualapai is a total hidden gem. The service is always top-tier, and the staff is really knowledgeable about their inventory, so I never leave wondering if I got the right product. It’s easily one of the most comfortable and well-organized shops in town!

Miles is always friendly but sometimes the delivery drivers don’t give me my change back. This was the case last night. I stopped tipping because most times my change isn't provided to me. I don't care if it is $1, $1.62, $2.75 or not it is the principle of the matter.

Terrible customer service! I will not return. It was my first time, the girl budtender didn’t tell me since it was my first that I got 20 percent off my first purchase until after she rang me up, took my money and handed me my change and told me what I purchased wasn’t eligible. No thanks Rise and Show grow is where I’ll be taking my money.

I have been a loyal regular at Green for several years, always tip when I can, and have even given them a 5-star review in the past. Unfortunately, I’m changing that today because they clearly value profits over loyalty.
On friday I bought a .5g cart which shattered on saturday after a minor 2-foot drop onto carpet (it hit the base of an office chair, and yes, I measured). I only got one day of use out of it, and it’s at least ¾ the way full. I’ve dropped plenty of carts from much higher with zero issues; in my opinion, this was clearly a manufacturing defect in the glass.
I went in tonight (1/25) to explain the situation to the manager, Jen, hoping for some goodwill. I’ve overlooked several leaking/defective products from here in the past just to be an easy customer, but apparently, that doesn't earn you any credit. Jen’s only 'solution' was to offer to sell me a new cart at full price, an insult to a long-time customer and an attempt to profit off a defective product.
To make matters worse, this is the same manager who previously 'bait and switched' me on a wheel spin reward. I won a disposable, but she told me they were out and offered a $10 gift card instead (which is certainly worth less than a disposable). I only accepted the $10 card because I wanted to make her job easier and I felt bad for the situation. It’s incredibly disappointing to realize that after years of being an easy, tipping customer, I get zero support when a product fails. Between the poor hardware quality and Jen’s lack of customer service, I’m done. There are too many great dispensaries in Vegas to keep wasting money here.
