  I can’t believe how bad the quality has become. Fendi used to be one of the best. Don’t waste your money with this brand. My bag’s strap was all frayed after a few uses. Since my purchase was 1 week after their warranty, they would not honor fixing their own defective product. Terrible customer care and poor quality.

  This place workers do not have good customer service they told us that the manger would be back in half an hour after thirty minutes came back and said we had to wait another hour, finally left there and went to the one at the bellagio and told us that we could have done it online, this fendi store wasted one hour and thirty minutes of our time this place is horrible

  I visited this location two times during my trip to Las Vegas to specifically get help repairing my Fendi bag. The staff was unable to help me without the store manager being present. During my first visit the staff took my number to text me as a followup. After not receiving a text for two days, I went back. The staff then told me the manager was on lunch for 30 minutes. I waited and returned. The staff had rotated by then so the new people told me the manager was on lunch and would be back in an hour. I told them I don't have time to keep returning to this store and asked where another location is. I then visited the Bellagio Fendi where that store's staff was able to help me right away. The most frustrating part of this whole experience is that I learned at Bellagio that I should contact Customer Service for a shipping label so no store visit is actually needed. I would expect any Fendi staff to know this policy. Why was a manager needed and why was she never at the store? I guess only sales matter. Do not recommend.
