  Mi primera compra en la marca, el señor de rasgos asiáticos fue muy cordial, amable y educado en todo momento. Luego tuvo que atender a otros clientes y la manager de la tienda terminó de atendernos y también fue muy profesional. Al final pude escoger los lentes de sol que deseaba y me sentí muy cómodo. Espero poder disfrutar de este producto y sea de muy buena calidad.

Beebe | @GonnaHappen After the Babes in Toyland charity event wrapped up, I headed over to the Museum of Illusions the next morning at The Shops at Crystals at ARIA. What I expected to be a quick stop turned into one of those very Vegas moments where timing, people, and place all line up. Before even getting inside, a useful local tip came in clutch—locals can get up to three hours of free parking at ARIA when shopping at The Shops at Crystals. Just bring your Nevada ID and scan your parking ticket and back of the ID at the validation gate on the way out. I originally learned this from locals at Alo Yoga, and it’s especially helpful for under paid Uber drivers, who don’t get parking reimbursement🥴 I’ve personally had to eat nearly $40 in parking fees, Uber support said no reimbursement. I just lost money that day. I was trying to complete a pickup and return, so knowing the system matters. Another lesson learned along the way: Resorts World and some other resorts don’t accept package deliveries for guests. It’s one of those Vegas rules you only learn the hard way—until you don’t. So make sure you ask the resort. Back to the original Story - While walking through The Shops at Crystals on the way to the Museum of Illusions, I struck up a conversation with a woman working at Fendi—possibly a manager or brand ambassador. Sharp, stylish, and genuinely kind, she was a lifelong Vegas local with great energy, very cute asian girl. She shared a few helpful tips about navigating the mall, and we ended up having a really solid, natural conversation just walking through the space. I had recently stopped into Fendi, I didn't purchase anything but missed her that day, so this is me circling back to say thank you while in the mall and Aria. The Fendi team stands out—outstanding associates, great vibes, and that rare kind of human interaction that reminds you why Vegas still feels like a small community when you know where to look. So figure I drop a review talking up the story for the staff at Fendi. The Museum of Illusions delivered exactly what it promises—fun, engaging, and a perfect reset after a charity event.   Fendi’s founders,Adele and Edoardo Fendi, would be so ashamed of this company now. Shame on Fendi’s management and executives to lie and to sell $1000+ products that are not worth more than $100. Watch the video please. At the very least they should admit and own up to their mistakes. What happened to this brand’s integrity???

  I can’t believe how bad the quality has become. Fendi used to be one of the best. Don’t waste your money with this brand. My bag’s strap was all frayed after a few uses. Since my purchase was 1 week after their warranty, they would not honor fixing their own defective product. Terrible customer care and poor quality.
