His energy was contagious, funny, upbeat, and full of personality! Shopping can sometimes feel like a chore, but Erick turned it into a fun and memorable experience. Not only did he provide amazing customer service by helping us find exactly what we needed, but he also made the whole visit genuinely enjoyable with his quick wit and positive attitude. He went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of, all while keeping us laughing. It’s rare to come across someone who makes such a lasting impression, but Erick absolutely did that. Express is lucky to have someone like him on the team and we’ll definitely be coming back because of him. 10/10 would recommend asking for Erick if you want excellent service and a good time!
