I was upset because my brother had suddenly had a stroke and I was very sad and emotional. But she was so pleasant. She was very knowledgeable of all the products and helped me decide on an arrangement. Because I live all the way in Memphis and couldn't be there right away, she kept her promise to send me a picture of the exact arrangement once she was finished with it to get my approval. I would use this particular location again simply because of the courtesy shown to me and of course the professionalism. The delivery was actually a little early. It made my brother smile. Everything was fresh also. He loves the pineapples. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
