I purchased an item that wasn’t available in-store, and the sales associate, Lili, told me it would be brought from their warehouse in about 30 minutes. However, the entire process ended up taking over 4 hours — and to this moment, they still have no idea where the product is or when it will be delivered. When I asked for updates, Lili couldn’t give me a clear answer. I waited nearly an hour, and even when I was told the item arrived minutes later, no one let me know. The only options at that point were to continue wasting time, have it sent to my hotel, or request a refund. Not once during the process did I receive accurate or reliable information. I’ve decided to report this to Dior customer service so they can assess whether the store handled the situation properly. For a luxury brand, this level of service is unacceptable and completely below expectations. I strongly recommend shopping at a different Dior location with better customer service
