I visited the Dior boutique in Las Vegas feeling very excited, as I was planning to make my first purchase — choosing a wallet. Unfortunately, my experience was extremely disappointing.
The sales associate, an Asian-looking male (unfortunately I don’t know his name), showed absolutely no attention from the start. He didn’t greet me, didn’t smile, and looked completely uninterested in helping. I was taking my time choosing a wallet, maybe a bit longer than usual, but in Dior I expected a level of service that matches the brand. Instead, it felt like he was more eager to put the wallets away than to assist me.
Because of his attitude, I completely lost the desire to buy anything. And when I decided not to make a purchase, he even reacted with a dry, unpleasant smirk. That was the final point that ruined my impression.
I am very disappointed with this level of service. I hope management takes this seriously, because employees like this push customers away and damage the brand’s reputation.

After reviewing derogatory comments, and actually being a customer with Dior at Bellagio, I found each individual who works there to be exemplary. They have never been unprofessional, they have always been gracious, kind and go above and beyond. As a business owner, for those who are upset, I would recommend stepping the attitude down a notch, there service is superb, you will be served, what you give to others. I will continue to shop there and enjoy the charismatic team, who cares about there customers.
