- JJJuliana6 days ago5.0I went to this store a few days ago and was helped by Sal. He was absolutely amazing! He helped me find the perfect shoe, made sure I tried different sizes for the best fit, and gave thoughtful advice that helped me feel confident in my decision. The experience was so welcoming and kind. I know some luxury stores have a bad stigma of making people feel unwelcome at times, and I’ve experienced that myself being a younger woman in my 20’s who doesn’t typically dress absolutely amazingly at all times. But my experience at Dior Bellagio really changed my perspective, especially thanks to Sal. His energy is so kind and he’s very helpful. Attached is the gorgeous loafer I purchased too🙂 in perfect condition and so very comfy!

And they wonder why the boutiques are closing. No one knows what customer service is anymore. Good luck making sales with this customer service.

Han truly makes this boutique feel like a second home—he always greets us with open arms and genuine warmth. His level of service is unmatched: attentive, knowledgeable, and effortlessly thoughtful. He goes above and beyond to make sure every visit feels special, never rushed, and always luxurious. Han is a huge reason we keep coming back, and he represents Dior beautifully. Highly recommend asking for him if you visit!
- MPMarie PaytonJan 6, 20261.0This is the worst Dior store to shop in as the Employees are very rude and unprofessional here especially the White lady and Filipino lady’s who work there I went with a Black friend to shop there and they seemed very racist there yet not offering help watching us shop I felt very uncomfortable there when an Asian or white lady came in they offered them water and treated them really nice I personally will never shop there again 😡
