Today 11/26/25, I took the packages back to the store that were never opened nor left the Citi Trend bag since purchasing for a Black female worker to say that her boss, Pam was iffy about exchanging these types of items. Iffy?? About tshirts that are packaged and never opened? About MY money spent that their store needs‼️ I would totally understand if the items were loose on hangers but that's not the case nor does it read anywhere in the store or on the receipt that packaged/never opened items could not be returned/exchanged. Spoke with Pam (Black), Store Manager who didn't even give it a second thought nor thought to accommodate me as if Citi Trend is Ross, Burlington and/or Walmart i.e high end stores that allow returns/exchanges, etc. I hope Pam didn't think that I was bluffing about posting a review to include will be calling their corporate in the a.m. to speak to her supervisor. Let me guess??? Because Pam is the store's Assistant Manager, higher power, she believes that what she says goes???? We'll see when I continue to copy and paste my review and bring the store rating down and share across all social media platforms to never shop at Citi Trends ‼️‼️‼️Last, I'll be reporting Pam to the Better Business Bureau ‼️
