  They didn’t have my size in the dune trott. So I asked to try on something in my size so I could order the dune trott. They brought out a shoe that was also not in my size. When I said “oh the 38 runs big” they said “those aren’t a 38” So, why were they brought out? I wear the most common shoe size, I guess they don’t have inventory in the most common shoe size. I left after that.

  Whoever is directing this store should teach a masterclass in hiring with intention! Bobby helped us today (along with Rosy, Linda, & Chad) and I have never had a better shopping experience. Bobby was so kind, attentive, and REAL! Sometimes at a luxury store, the staff acts so stuck up as if they don’t even want your money- this team at Louboutin made me feel like I want to invite them all over for dinner they were so great to engage with. I came in for shoes, with the intent to buy a bag elsewhere. Walked out with both and zero desire to go anywhere else! Can’t wait to be back in town and visit here again

  I had an amazing experience shopping at this location. I ended up getting the Tudi model sneakers and loved the color way. Nico and Bobby helped me and were exceptional from the beginning. These guys are great! I ended up going to the store on a whim after randomly passing by. Bobby greeted me and let me try on as many models as I wanted and was kind enough to be patient with me throughout the entire process. Not once did I feel rushed or pressured! He was very knowledgeable on each shoe and understood my position with being a traveler and yet wanting a shoe that I could use with my limited set of clothing, etc. l Nico helped me and provided a truthful assessment of how my Tudi’s looked on my outfit and helped me come up with some creative solutions in considering what type of clothing I can use with the shoes to make them look good! I wasn’t going to make a purchase because of this, but because he helped me mentally solve the block with the style, it led to me making a purchase. It gets better though… this team is so good I decided to come back the next day and buy another pair of Tudi’s in the navy and blue color scheme. Chad hooked me up with my second pair and visit and it led to another wonderful experience. I highly recommend this location! Chad made sure my shoes were sprayed with protector and gave me some tips to take care and maintain them. He offered to clean them for me and since I had shoes arriving later that day since my size wasn’t available in the store for the second pair, he followed up with me and made sure my package was picked up. This is an outstanding store and I recommend everyone who’s visiting to come by, you will be happy! Each time I’m back in Vegas I will come here. Thank you so much, Michael Uribe
