  I had an amazing experience shopping at this location. I ended up getting the Tudi model sneakers and loved the color way. Nico and Bobby helped me and were exceptional from the beginning. These guys are great! I ended up going to the store on a whim after randomly passing by. Bobby greeted me and let me try on as many models as I wanted and was kind enough to be patient with me throughout the entire process. Not once did I feel rushed or pressured! He was very knowledgeable on each shoe and understood my position with being a traveler and yet wanting a shoe that I could use with my limited set of clothing, etc. l Nico helped me and provided a truthful assessment of how my Tudi’s looked on my outfit and helped me come up with some creative solutions in considering what type of clothing I can use with the shoes to make them look good! I wasn’t going to make a purchase because of this, but because he helped me mentally solve the block with the style, it led to me making a purchase. It gets better though… this team is so good I decided to come back the next day and buy another pair of Tudi’s in the navy and blue color scheme. Chad hooked me up with my second pair and visit and it led to another wonderful experience. I highly recommend this location! Chad made sure my shoes were sprayed with protector and gave me some tips to take care and maintain them. He offered to clean them for me and since I had shoes arriving later that day since my size wasn’t available in the store for the second pair, he followed up with me and made sure my package was picked up. This is an outstanding store and I recommend everyone who’s visiting to come by, you will be happy! Each time I’m back in Vegas I will come here. Thank you so much, Michael Uribe

  I had the pleasure of being helped by Chad today, and I can honestly say his customer service was outstanding. Even though I didn’t end up making a purchase, Chad went above and beyond to make sure I felt welcome and informed. He was patient, knowledgeable, and took the time to answer all of my questions without any pressure to buy. It’s rare to meet someone who genuinely cares about the customer’s experience, and Chad is a perfect example of that. I left feeling valued, and I would absolutely return to this store because of the way Chad treated me.

  Ended up lost in the Wynn trying to find this place, however the staff that picked up the phone was super helpful. They didn't have what we originally came in to get but they were very helpful with finding out similar shoes, styles and inventory. It's also nice to know they are up on the cleanliness of the store, especially since it's the holidays and people are coming in sick. 👍
