  I’m usually not an in store consumer. I normally purchase from Saks or directly from the website. Decided to stop in on my way to work. I guess if you appear a certain way, you aren’t even offered the curtesy of shopping. Whoever the associate on staff at the time (short, dry ice blonde, with mustache bangs, and a ketamine disposition) wasn’t very kind or welcoming. I wanted to try on and purchase my wedding shoe. I’d mistaken a similar style to what I was requesting and was bitchingly corrected. I ignored it, given I’ve been profiled in these settings before, then asked about the desired style. She told me it was sold out, then blankly starred very clearly wanting me to leave. Id only told her I was looking for the shoe (given theres over a dozen colors, I’d expected her to request to specify). Just a tip in customer service. I proceeded to contact the closest location for help, and they were very kind and gracious enough to help in letting me try on the best size and then helped with ordering the pair that WASNT SOLD OUT. And helped me sign up for notifications about the shade that was sold out. For a “luxury” store, this place gives outlet mall attitude.

  Friendly staff and so patient and obliging when trying on shoes. Great selection of shoes compared to the Louboutin shop here in Ireland

  I had the most helpful experience with Alexis. I recently purchased the so me Heels the only part was that the strap was faulty and she helped me connect with customer service really quick and actually cared about my experience with Louboutin! I totally recommend her if you want really good service or if you just want to find a good pair of heels 👠

  I rather thought this was supposed to be high end fashion. “Greeted” at the door by a sad looking security guard who wasn’t even wearing pants that fit, who I had to actually notify that I was standing there waiting for him to move the silly rope. They had exactly three people in the store, two together, and as I approached very clearly on my own he demanded how many people would be shopping. He could very easily have been polite but was just off-putting rude. He then said that I needed to wait until the two ladies who were shopping together left. These ladies were *actively walking out the door* at this point, roughly five feet from where we were standing. I actually actively wanted to look at two of the pairs that I could see. The sales lady that approached was very polite and willing to help, but so very unfashionable that it was off-putting. I’m really sorry, but the sales clerks at a Tj Maxx in Houston present themselves better than this, and either she or the “security” would probably have been okay, but all of it together was honestly just ridiculous. One of the pairs of heels I looked at had large, visible damage (a quarter-inch chip was actually hanging off of it), and I mentioned that to the sales person, who said that that was the reason why it was on display for sale, because someone had dropped it and damaged it. She said this like it was totally reasonable and a frequent occurrence. This was a roughly thousand dollar pair of shoes, meant to be walked in. Between it all, I will absolutely never wear Christian Louboutin, and honestly will at least silently judge anyone I know who does.
