  Had a negative experience like no other time at a Chanel boutique. Although this brand has quality items, quality service was not provided by the sales associate at this store. I’ve gotten help at other boutiques where my purchases are shipped to my home, and I receive follow up if needed. However, Marge did not respond or provide an update after I made an order. Hope to inform customers before they have a negative experience.

  I had a great experience at this boutique because of Mays. She was absolutely incredible and made the whole shopping experience enjoyable from start to finish. She greeted us almost immediately and was warm, knowledgeable, and attentive from the start. She showed me a wonderful variety of bags, took the time to understand what I was looking for, and thoughtfully helped me get on the waitlist for a bag I’ve been waiting for. I especially appreciated her honesty and expertise in helping me determine which bag was truly the right fit for me, rather than simply pushing a sale. Her professionalism and genuine care made the experience feel personal and elevated, exactly what you hope for at Chanel.

  They didn't let me in with a stroller. Not politely asked, but rudely stopped with a palm to my face. The service is horrible in general. They don't know their inventory, they are unwilling to look up what they have or what's available at other locations.

  I went to buy a bag and wallet for somebody and was told I had to wait 45 minutes to make my purchase when I had a set time to go in. I had to tell them if they wanted me to make the purchase they had to do it right then and there or I wouldn’t do it. They wouldn’t even ship my purchase for me! If you’re going to be spending a lot of money, take it elsewhere. Gucci treats you like a king compared to this place. I’ll never buy from Chanel again.

  Gigi was amazing! Made me feel comfortable and never rushed. Took me through the entire process of styles and making sure the leather selected was the correct choice for the purse I was buying for my wife.
