  I love the atmosphere of Bellagio, and have so many fond memories at the conservatory. So, it's fun to get a 'souvenir' from here. It's true what people say: this Cartier may not offer bubbles immediately, but that's not something I do while shopping anyway, and it makes sense given the location. They do offer drinks once they see you're a customer. This is my favorite Cartier location in Vegas, and I think the sales people here are kind and knowledgeable.

  I found Brad to be genuinely personable and easy to interact with. He was also very prompt and conducted himself with a high level of professionalism. It was evident that he took his time and was patient, which is a wonderful quality. Furthermore, he clearly embodied the values associated with the brand, demonstrating their genuine commitment to providing a client-focused experience.

  Went there and they asked us to wait outside and told us that no sales rep was available and there were two of them just standing and staring at us. Was very embarrassing, left the area. Never had this experience at any carrier before.

  I went in specifically to purchase a Love ring. My grandmother had recently passed and I wanted to purchase a ring to have forever to remember my grandparents. Richard Gault was our sales associate and he was amazing. I told him why I was there and he helped make this very emotional purchase very special and helped me get the ring engraved on the spot. It was an amazing experience and I will be very grateful for how kind Richard was.
