He helped me thoughtfully customize a ring for a very special occasion, taking the time to walk my husband and me through every detail and ensuring it felt perfect. When I returned to confirm sizing and explore earrings, he was more than accommodating, patient, kind, and genuinely invested in helping me make the right decisions. It’s rare to find a sales associate who makes the experience feel this personal and seamless. I’m so happy I found such an amazing SA and will absolutely be doing all of my Cartier shopping through Michael going forward.

A gentleman there personally escorted me to their temporary location and had a pleasant experience! I absolutely LOVE the Wynn and prefer to shop here versus the other locations as it’s less crowded.
