  The absolute best. No pressure, had every size and style we wanted to try on. It was perfect. We ended up buying 3 different jackets. Just loved the store, the salespeople, and the product. It was my birthday and Christmas gift and because we liked the jackets so much, my wife got one too, just because. Thank you.

  Adrianna is an amazing associate or sales person or brand ambassador. I’m not sure the correct term. She works at the Winn Las Vegas and she’s been amazing since May she’s been helping me purchase many items I bought a fleece coat which was wonderful for spring and fall I bought another coat for cooler fall weather and I bought a heavy winter coat a parka. I bought a hat for summertime and I’ve got another hat for winter time. We have no store in my state of Virginia or anywhere close to me where I live, but maybe 13 or four hours away but that’s difficult I reached out to Adrianna and she gets back to me on the phone texting me sending photographs helping with sizes. She is absolutely phenomenal. It appears to me as if she’s working 24 seven to help me get it right she overnights items to me if they don’t fit us in them back and she takes them back quickly and she gets me the right size. She’s so good at her job that she’s guessed and got my right size on every single item. One of my wife’s coats was a little tight and we had to send that back but otherwise everything‘s been spectacular. Her service has been unbelievable. I will continue to buy things from her and her store because of her excellent customer service

  I've been to this specific location multiple times and own several products. And the service has been amazing.This time I visited this place to browse my husband's christmas gift. And the female African American (?) SA at the entrance gave me such an attitude even before we entered the store. It was not acceptable customer service when you are expected to easily spend over a thousand dollar for a product. All the other SAs in the store were super nice as usual but her attitude just ruined my entire day and I just couldn't stay any longer in the store.

  This is THE PLACE you have to try if you own and appreciate their products. They have a lot of products even not displayed in their shop but you’ll find if you ask. My wife has been looking for one of their rain coat for years, literally. The size did not fit or the colour does not satisfy…she has almost gave up on her search. She found the perfect one from their basement storage when we asked with her size and her requirements and the design she wanted for two bloody years! Additionally they own a special freezer room to try out the cold temperatures and to prove their products are capable of. Very impressive and they deserve the 5star for sure:-) カナダグースのファンなら絶対に行くべきお店です。他のカナダグースを扱っているお店にはないラインアップが実は彼らの地下の倉庫に眠っています。家内が2年以上探していて見つからなかったデザイン、サイズのレインジャケットが、一瞬で見つかりました。倉庫から持ってきてもらうのに20-30分掛かりましたが、間違いなく求めていたものです。ファンであれば足を運ぶ価値ありです。

  A mid-size store in the new shopping arcade of the Wynn. The store staff is very knowledge of their products and helpful in selecting the appropriate outfit. The store has a “snow room” for trying out coats - very helpful. Also, the products are labeled for “coldness” ratings - again, helpful for selecting the appropriate outfit for the weather condition.
