- BHBarbara HessSep 30, 20253.0My in-store experience was quite good. I asked for my selected coat to be shipped to me and to please not require a signature for receipt of the delivery! They sent the wrong size and provided a return shipping label. Once the original incorrect size was received by the store, they called to apologize and then shipped ( hopefully) the correct size and the package required a signature. I now have to go to a drop off location to retrieve the package! It is very annoying to receive such poor service from a high end retailer! Barbara Hess

Really love his warm energy and happy to show you whatever item you want! I come back to this store to see what new offerings they have or if I find something online and want to see it in person.

From the security to the in-store staff, ALL of them were very friendly and extremely helpful. Walked in with the intentions of letting my wife browse and I ended up with a vest for myself. The wife had found a sweater she loved but the size wasn’t in stock. The staff checked multiple locations for availability and had one located within minutes. Overall fantastic visit at the Canada Goose Crystals, positive we will be back again.
