Especially given that I knew what I wanted and was ready to walk out with the ring I had my eye on. The individual that ended up helping us was kind and helpful (only reason I am adding a second star). However, I definitely did not want any affiliation with this store after that. I hope that the management of this location ensures experiences like this stop occurring. Quite a few reviews here with a similar theme and it is very disappointing to see. -A long time BVLGARI customer.
